SO! I met Simon Pegg and Nick Frost together, at the London Expo in (duh) London, on October 28th 2006. It was a last-minute announced promo thing for Hot Fuzz, and I didn't manage to take anything along to get signed, so they signed a promotional leaflet, and were happy to pose for photos. The Simon Pegg photo is him saying 'ooh' at my lovely (but big) camera.

Ah, the colour cast of Earl's Court. Correcting it seems to make his t-shirt wrong so this is the best I can get. The funny face he's pulling in the last picture is in response to my question ('What's your favourite scene you've been in, in Dr Who?). His initial reply was that anything with guns, explosions and big boys toys, but after I said that mine was the Trinny & Susannah-bot scene he laughed and said that really his was too but he didn't want to come across as vain...

(In case there's anyone reading this who doesn't know, the Trinny&Susannah-bot scene...well, he wasn't entirely dressed for all of it).

My nephew and I met Jorge together - he got the auto and I took the photos. Jorge liked my nephews Freddy Kreuger costume so much that he got 'his guy' to take a photo almost identical to the one of the two of them facing the camera to 'show to the folks back home' - he was getting photos of a lot of the outfits.

Later I spotted him shopping for comics at the stall I was at and asked him via a fan website what he'd bought and he replied "I went looking for Teen Titans that I read years ago when I was younger and they didn't have any but I bought issues of a new Teen Titans series to check out. "
