So! I'm just a normal late thirties married mummy, dog owner, overweight, watch too much tv, don't have the time to read enough books.

I go to conventions in London as often as I can spare the time and money, sometimes for the shopping, but as an internet addict, usually for the guests! I meet my favourites or in the last few years, my sons favourites, and the ones I don't meet I do try to photograph from afar, either at their table or during a talk.

Usually it can cost £15 - £20 per autograph, sometimes it's a promotional freebie, and I sometimes send off for postal ones as some people I like just will never come to a convention!

I love the London Film and Comic Con as they always have fantastic guests and are very well organised. I also go to the London Expo but their guests are going downhill - more from new and / or 'teenage' shows (mtv channel? Really!!?). There's also the Entertainment Media Show which I've only been to once but was fantastic and not so crowded as the larger ones.

Films I like the 'old classics' and modern and especially anything comic book based ('m a big comic geek). TV - most of the guests are TV - I like so much! The X Files was my first big tv obsession and over the years and more recently we've just been so spoilt! Hundreds of really good tv shows from America and the UK. My favourites are Firefly and Battlestar Galactica (the remake) but I love most of the ones I see...At the moment I'm watching A Town Called Eureka, Castle, Bones, Misfits, Chuck...

Finally, I'm just doing this for fun, and my enjoyment. My photographs are usually a bit rubbish, and that's okay! Please don't take offence by anything on this site - but enjoy it! :)
